Exchanges & Replacements

SOS products are manufactured under the most stringent conditions. Nonetheless, in the event if your product has a defect or has arrived damaged, you may get an exchange or a replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note that any return shipping charges of the exchange is to be borne by the recipient.

 

How to make an exchange or replacement request?

  1. Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for exchange or replacement. We will not be able to process requests for purchases made from other sales channels.
  2. Contact customer service at enquiries@sos-skin.com within 30 days from the date of receipt and provide the following information:

(i)         Order reference number

(ii)        Name of specific item that you would like an exchange or replacement

(iii)       Picture of the product if the item has arrived damaged

(iv)       Short description of the damage

 

  1. Our customer service staff shall acknowledge receipt of all emails within three working days and advise if your item is eligible for an exchange or replacement. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and additional local taxes may be applicable.
  2. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, the replacement product shall be shipped out within three working days.
