Taxes

All prices listed on our website do not include taxes. If the scheduled delivery address is not within Singapore, the respective local import duties, customs and sales taxes shall be borne by the recipient. Please check with your local customs on these charges (if applicable).

Making Payments

Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards through PayPal. You are still able to make payment with credit/debit cards through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Upon checkout of your shopping cart, you will be directed to the secured PayPal site whereby you may then select to either “Pay with my PayPal account” or “Pay with my credit or debit card”. After the successful payment transaction, you will be automatically directed back to our website.

Exchanges & Replacements

SOS products are manufactured under the most stringent conditions. Nonetheless, in the event if your product has a defect or has arrived damaged, you may get an exchange or a replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note that any return shipping charges of the exchange is to be borne by the recipient.

How to make an exchange or replacement request?

A.

  1. Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for exchange or replacement. We will not be able to process requests for purchases made from other retail channels.
  2. Contact customer service at info@sos-skin.com within 30 days from the date of receipt and provide the following information:

(i)         Order reference number

(ii)        Name of specific item that you would like an exchange or replacement

(iii)       Picture of the product if the item has arrived damaged

(iv)       Short description of the damage

  1. Our customer service staff shall acknowledge receipt of all emails within three working days and advise if your item is eligible for an exchange or replacement. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and additional local taxes may be applicable.
  2. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, the replacement product shall be shipped out within three working days.

Tracking Your Orders

For all shipments outside of Singapore, we will provide a shipping tracking number once the delivery arrangement has been confirmed.
